However, deleted information may remain stored on our servers for some period of time after deletion, e.g. for accounting purposes or technical reasons (back-up storage). If you wish to withdraw information you entered when you signed up for newsletters, or sent in a survey form, please contact us under privacy@fraxel.com. We may choose to anonymize such information instead of deleting it, except if there is reasonable basis to believe that the information, though anonymized, can still be used to identify you as an individual.

Opt out
You may opt out from our communications to you (such as newsletters, or other promotional material) by using an unsubscribe link, as provided, or by contacting us under privacy@fraxel.com.
